With 10 years of professional experience, Ms. Sipes excels in business, human resource and property management. At her current post, she is responsible for managing accounts and lobbying. Currently, she is lobbying local legislators to pass the Teacher Committee Bill, which allows all teachers the right to serve on committees regardless of their union affiliation—Ms. Sipes aspires to have this bill passed in 2009. A graduate of Indiana University, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Human Resource Management.

To give you a little background information of how our selection process works, each year our publishers reevaluate the credentials of our 250,000 members from our database and then they select ten males and ten females from each of our 100 industries that we cover. These selected individuals have demonstrated dedication to their industry, longevity, ambition for pursuing their education, and they have contributed greatly to their community. Everyone at Chatham and Indiana Professional Educators, Inc, should be very proud because this is one of the highest awards that we honor here at Cambridge and Ms. Sipes is certainly a reflection of the company and organization. We are featuring Ms. Sipes this year on a full half page in the front of our publication and she will also be featured on our home page
