Instructions for this link: 1. Click on link. 2. Enter your zip code. 3. Identify your district on the map provided. 4. Click on the Legislator identified with your district on the right side of the page. Your Legislator's name, party affiliation, legislation and E-mail links are displayed. 5. Click your legislator's "email" link.)
2. Complete the on-line form.
3. Keep your comments short, positive and to the point.
4. Click on the "email" button at the bottom to submit your message.
Note: Be careful composing Email...
DO NOT TYPE IN CAPITAL LETTERS. This is the same as shouting. Use "I" language instead of "you" language. The receiver won't feel so defensive if you express how YOU feel instead of "accusing him/her". Remember... your email is "in writing" and the receiver doesn't have the benefit of seeing your actual face or hearing your human voice to ascertain your feelings. The receiver will interpret your message based on your choice of words and your proper use of the formal English language.
